Mais non je ne suis pas morte!
Oui je sais qu'il n'y a plus beaucuop d'activité par ici, mais que voulez vous que je raconte. Je travaille toujours chez Macdo et oui je commence a en avoir marre.
Bon bien sur c'est pour la bonne cause puisque le 23 juin je décolle pour New York avec mon chéri et Dieu... mais quand même, Macdo et ses clients chiants ça devient "cher relou"!
A part ça je suis seule dans mon appartement les trois quarts de la semaine et je glande dans mon canapé...
Nous pouvons donc conclure qu'en dehors du Macdo je n'ai pas beaucoup de vie sociale (sauf quand mon chéri est là et que Loak décide de me sortir et que c'est le week-end!). En tout cas moi je ne stagne pas au Macdo quand je ne travaille pas parce que oui c'est ça que je trouve le plus affligeant.

Comme tu as bien fait de ne pas attendre ma recette... je suis trop lente a la detente.... Mais tout vient a point etc... donc la voici la voila !!!
3 oeufs, 100 g de sucre, 125 g de biscuits the brun ou biscuits a la cuillere c plus leger !, 1 pot de mascarpone, 60 cl de café froid et fort, cacao.
Séparer les jaunes d'oeufs des blancs.
Battre les jaunes avé le sucre jusqu'à ce que le mélange blanchisse. Ajouter le mascarpone. Ajouter aux blancs, une pincée de sel. Battre les blancs en neige ferme, puis incorporer les blancs a la preparation.
Tremper les biscuits dans le café refroidi. Disposer les biscuits au fond d'un plat rectangulaire pas trop grand. Napper les biscuits d'une couche de mascarpone. Recommencer l'operation une voir deux fois...Terminer en étalant le reste de mascarpone puis saupoudrer de quelques cuillères de cacao.
Refrigerateur pendant 2 h minimum.
